  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship agricultural tools and machinery across India. For bulk orders or delivery to remote locations, please contact our support team.

Replacement / Exchange & Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement. Returns are inspected within 3-5 business days.
  • Replacement Window: Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanged items will be shipped within 3 business days of approval. And the Shipped items will be delivered in 7-10 days.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details.
    2. Provide images/videos of the damaged or defective item.
    3. Once verified, we will initiate the return pickup and ship a replacement item.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds are not issued unless a replacement is unavailable.
